Chocolate chip vanilla pudding cupcakes

It’s 10:30pm right now and my brother and I were talking and we were starving! So we started out as the usual; chips, leftovers, and anything quick we could find. I remember I had s box of store bought white cake mix, we ended up following the exact recipe for cupcakes. Then we decided to add 1 cup of chocolate chips to the batter. Then we wanted it to be extremely moist and have that sweet vanilla flavor, so we added two vanilla pudding cups to the batter with the chocolate chips and stirred.

So moist and delicious. Very simple ingredients that you can get from the dollar store or from what you have in your home!

Vanilla Pudding Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • White cake mix
  • 1 cup chocolate Chips

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup Canola oil

  • 1 cup of water

  • 2 snack pack vanilla pudding cups

Directions:

Set over to 350 degrees, grease cupcake pan and add cupcake papers into the pan. Use a mixer and mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until well blended. Then with a spoon stir in chocolate chips and the vanilla pudding cups. Pour 1/4 cup into each cupcake pan, then bake for 19-20 minutes. Take out right away and let cool. Then add frosting. The come out so moist from the pudding cups. That’s the secret ingredient.
